Firstly thank you for your tour booking!

Due to the Corona Virus outbreak, we at Connacht Whiskey have taken the necessary training and precautions for the safety of our visitors and our staff.

We ask that you please note the following;

• Please wear a mask for the duration of the tour – masks can be purchased at the distillery should you not have one. Please keep at least 2 metres from anyone who is not on your party booking – please note that there are restrictions on bookings numbers in place for your safety. Please sanitise on entry/during and after the tour and practice good hand and mouth hygiene/etiquette at all times. Contactless payment is preferable.

 

• Please notify us If you have any children attending as we have already a very limited amount of capacity on the tour call +3539674902 or email hello@connachtwhiskey.com

 

• If you have any of the symptoms or Corona Virus or came in contact with a positive case in the last 14 days we ask you not to attend the tour, please notify us and we will try to reschedule the tour for a later date.

 

• We will ask you to fill out a health declaration and travel information form on arrival.

If you have travelled from abroad could you must provide proof of self-isolation for 14 days.

Please note that the management reserve the right to refuse entry where co-operation with the guidelines hasn't been shown. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding during this time. We hope you will enjoy your visit with us!

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between The Connacht Distillery and yourself.

Our commitment to you

In light of the COVID_19 outbreak, we have taken the guidelines very seriously and commit to protecting you and our staff when visiting our visitor centre. What you can expect to see is hand sanitising stations at each point of entry, designated areas and instructions to keep each group 2 metres apart at all times with a reduction in the number of guests on each tour. You will be asked on arrival for contact details, symptoms and about overseas travel in the previous 14 days.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.

Bookings for Children

Children (<18 years) are very welcome to visit our distillery.  However, due to the fact that this is a working distillery, there are certain safety restrictions that we have in place, and we prefer to discuss these with you by phone or by e-mail when making a booking. Facilities at the Distillery

There is ample free parking at the facility. All visitor areas are wheel-chair accessible. Toilets are equipped with baby-changing facilities.

Behaviour on the Tours

Unnecessary noise or any behaviour likely to cause annoyance to other guests is not permitted.  Guests are expected to behave in an appropriate manner and to especially follow the recent COVID_19 guidelines. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the tour and/or from the facility.
